Your cat is overweight if their Body Condition Score is a 6 out of 9 or more. They will have excess fat, making it harder to feel and see their skeleton.

The right weight depends on several factors, including your cat’s length, height and muscle mass. Aim for a body condition score of 4 or 5 out of 9.

This food is tailored to adult cats 1+. It is still suitable to be fed to cats over 7 years old. If your cat is 7 years+ or a senior cat, cats require less energy as they become more sedentary so you may want to lessen your daily feed so that the cat does not gain weight. This food is not recommended for kittens less than 1 year and they need a specific kitten diet which is higher in protein and fat levels.
