As a ballpark figure, here’s what it’ll cost to keep your pooch fed (based on a mixed food diet):

When you take out a subscription on our website you are essentially saying I'd like a recurring order of this product. You can use our handy build a box feature to add multiple items, add from a product page or add from inside your account.
Whichever way you do this, each item is its own individual subscription (even if they all come on the same dates). When changing frequencies, addresses or billing details, you now have the option to either change it per item or for every item that’s due to arrive on that same delivery date.

Please note when setting your initial frequency the options are limited however once set up, you can change these frequencies in your account to any amount of time your heart desires.
Log in to your account and navigate to Subscriptions. On your dashboard, when you click 'manage' on a particular subscription (scroll to see this) you can edit a variety of options within your recurring deliveries.
- By clicking the pencil icon at the top of each recurring delivery order, you are also able to edit the next payment date.
Within the 'Manage' section, you have the choice to;
- Change how often you want to receive your order
- Edit payment details
- Change delivery address
- Amend product quantity
- Remove product
- Move product to another subscription order.
To cancel your subscription if you only have 1 product, tap the 'Edit' button and then "Cancel Subscription"
If you have multiple products, you will need to first cancel all products individually until you get to the final product and then this will confirm 'Cancel subscription'.
Tap 'Manage' on the subscription order you want to edit. Then tap on the edit button next to the product you want to remove. Here you can swap product, change quantity, move this product to a different subscription order or 'Cancel item' to remove this product.
To change the date of an upcoming order, find the subscription order you'd like to amend and tap the pencil icon next to the date. This brings up a window where you can 'Edit next payment date'. This will present you with a calendar so you can choose your new payment date. Your order will be processed on this date and delivered within our usual delivery timeframe. Select your chosen date and then press 'Update'.
When you initially set up a subscription you will choose an order frequency and provide your card details during the checkout process. For this first subscription, you will be charged then and there for that order and it will be sent to you asap. We will then securely store your details and you will not be charged again until the day before your next order is due to be sent. (Remember those frequencies you set up?) Don’t worry though we’ll email you a few days before this to let you know of an upcoming charge and delivery.
Head on over to your account when logged in and tap the subscription section within the account. You will see a list of active subscriptions here with the pencil icon next to the date to amend next subscription date or 'Manage' to edit a variety of details. To change the payment details, tap 'Manage' and scroll to the bottom of the page (past the PoochPoints section and Discount code entry field. There is a heading called Payment Details, if you click 'Edit' below this, you will be presented with a new window to change your payment method. If you just want to update billing address, you will need to add your card again but with the new billing address and then tap "Update Payment".
