Competition Eligibility: The competition is open exclusively to those who sign up online at https://www.poochandmutt.co.uk/pages/competition and who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. The competition is open to the legal residents of the United Kingdom and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Pooch and Mutt Ltd (the "Sponsor"), along with their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the competition. Winner selection and notification: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. A representative of Pooch & Mutt Ltd will notify winners via the email address provided at the time of entry within five (5) business days after the competition has closed. Pooch and Mutt Ltd shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information at the time of entry. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is deemed ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time the prize notification was sent, or fails to return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required within 15 days, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
