goodmood

Here at Pooch & Mutt we're celebrating our amazing pooches

and raising awareness of the mental health benefits that our four-legged

friends bring. They've been great listeners over the last year for those

working from home or living alone, and are a great source of

motivation and comfort helping to reduce depression & anxiety.

Our pooches benefit our mental health in

many ways and have been proven to

reduce anxiety and depression:

  • Keeping fit & active:
  • Getting out of the house to go for
  • regular walks (helps to improve
  • cardiovascular fitness)

Reduced anxiety:

Stroking your dog can help to calm the

brain and release serotonin

(the happy hormone)

Reduced depression & loneliness:

Our pooches are a great source

of compassion and company
