The Pooch & Mutt customer service team will be away for Christmas from 25th December - 4th January.
If you have placed an order and have a query about delivery, please use the tracking link in your email to track your order via DPD. You can also use the DPD app to update delivery preferences.

We always love to hear from you whether good or (very unlikely) bad.
